When purchasing a coaching package, you will receive an 8 number & letter Certificate Code. Keep this code as you need to use it as a a confirmation to book your sessions.

We suggest, saving the 'Order Receipt' that comes to your email in order to always have that code on hand.

Anytime you book a new package, you will receive a new 8 digit code.

Upon selecting your package and booking your first appointment, you should fill out any necessary Client Information Forms - YOU WILL NEED TO FILL THESE OUT AT TIME OF SCHEDULING, YOU CAN'T GO BACK AND FILL THEM OUT LATER. Depending on the coach, there may be more than one form showing on the page but please feel free to only fill out the form pertaining to the type of session you're booking for.

These forms will be present any time you're booking a new session- you do not need to fill out the forms every time. You will however have to select the Terms and Agreement Checkbox every time you schedule a new appointment.

All sessions, courses, and classes are non-refundable.
